A trading strategy is a problem-solving exercise before it's anything else, tested, documented, and refined until it holds up under scrutiny, not just belief. The same thinking applies to how we teach: no shortcuts dressed up as insight, no complexity for its own sake.
It's a simple standard, consistently applied. Understand the problem. Build the systematic solution. Prove it works. Repeat.
Australian by design
The Hawk ecosystem is Australian-built, and it stays that way. Every strategy, every system, every piece of code is developed in Queensland, not outsourced to a team working to a brief they didn't write.
As Hawk grows, that doesn't change. We don't offshore the build. The people solving these problems are accountable for the outcome, not just the output, and that accountability only works when the work stays close to home.
The community inside that ecosystem is global. The ecosystem itself is not going anywhere.

What Hawk is
Hawk Trading Education is an Australian fintech that designs, builds and owns AI-native trading technology for financial derivatives. We build it for systematic participation in financial markets, and we teach our members to apply it responsibly. Hawk generates income from trading and export revenue from regulated overseas partners. We do not treat technology and education as separate activities. Hawk builds the technology; education is how that technology is adopted.
Proprietary Technology
The technology we build
- Hawk Divitiae: the systematic CFD strategy.
- Hawk VECTOR: the options trading protocol. Its principles have traded company capital since 01/07/2026, and it is being developed into a platform over FY2027 and FY2028.
- Hawk AIM-O: the machine-learning strategy optimiser.
- Hawk Intelligence: the AI market-intelligence engine, built in FY2027.
- Hawk RAPTOR: the automated trade execution bridge.
- Hawk Nova: the white-labelled copy-trading solution for Introducing Brokers, launching January 2027.
All are built with AI-assisted software-engineering tools, specified, reviewed and approved by Hawk's Managing Director.
Commercial Model
How we commercialise
Hawk generates income from trading and export revenue from regulated overseas partners: signal licensing and Hawk Nova for regulated Introducing Brokers outside Australia, and Hawk RAPTOR leasing to regulated firms outside Australia. The Campus adds subscription income from member education. Education provides a scalable pathway for the acquisition and adoption of the underlying technology.

Primary: WealthTech - investment technologies, portfolio and trading technologies.
Secondary: Tech for Enterprise - financial services infrastructure and workflow automation.
Hawk is not an education provider operating adjacent to financial services. Hawk develops proprietary financial technology and supports its adoption through a member community built around education, responsible use and practical application.
Hawk is a FinTech Australia Foundation Team Member. FinTech Australia is the peak industry body for financial technology, and Hawk aligns with its WealthTech vertical.

Hawks don't strike without reason. They read the environment, look for movement, and are clinical with their timing, then commit completely. Sharp observation, patience before action, precision when it counts.
That instinct isn't a metaphor. It's the model. A hawk repeats the same hunting behaviour instinctively, automatically, every time, regardless of prey. Hawk's strategies work the same way: systematic, repeatable, agnostic to the instrument or the noise around it. Innate, not improvised.

Nova is how that philosophy gets a face.
Nova is a Grey Goshawk, Tachyspiza novaehollandiae.
The name carries three meanings at once. The species itself, novaehollandiae, Latin for New Holland, Australia's old name. The Latin nova, meaning new. And the astronomical nova, a star that becomes suddenly, brilliantly clear.
Three meanings. One name. All of them true of what Nova represents.
